Mr. Saroff is a Certified Professional Geologist with more than 30 years of professional geology, hydrogeology and environmental experience as a consultant for industry, utilities, and government. Mr. Saroff has served as a Project Manager or technical lead on more than 100 geology/hydrogeology related projects throughout the United States, including more than 30 in New York State. His experiences include brownfields redevelopment, environmental site assessments, remedial investigations/feasibility studies, remedial designs/remedial actions; data management and geographic information systems; litigation/legal support/expert testimony; petroleum site investigation, and environmental/engineering geophysics.
He is considered an expert on innovative site characterization and remediation technologies.
Mr. Saroff previously served as environmental scientist with the New York State Attorney General’s Office (Environmental Protection Bureau) and has served as a consultant to USEPA’s Environmental Response Team and various USEPA regions, and for industry, utilities, and municipalities.
